Should Women Have A Greater Role In Leading The Community?
A snapshot of the Jewish community’s largest organisations last year revealed that women comprise only a fifth of trustees, a quarter of chief executives and around 25% of members of the Board of Deputies. The Commission on Women in Jewish Leadership (CWJL) working with the Board of Deputies wants to understand this issue and put forward proposals for change. If this issue interests you, please contribute your views here. More details from Helen@thejlc.org.
